1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing this website or booking a service with Ndaya Chauffeurs Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Ndaya Chauffeurs Limited provides executive chauffeur, airport transfer, corporate travel and related transport services in Nairobi and across Kenya, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

3. Bookings

Bookings submitted through this website or WhatsApp Business are requests and are confirmed once acknowledged by our reservations team. We reserve the right to decline a booking where availability or circumstances do not permit fulfilment.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes to a confirmed booking should be communicated as early as possible through your reservations contact or WhatsApp Business. Late cancellations may be subject to charges as agreed at the time of booking.

5. Client Conduct

Clients and passengers are expected to treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Ndaya Chauffeurs reserves the right to end a journey early in cases of unsafe or abusive conduct.

6. Liability

While we take extensive care in vehicle maintenance and chauffeur training, Ndaya Chauffeurs Limited's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific booking in question, except where limitation is not permitted by Kenyan law.

7. Corporate Accounts

Corporate and contract clients are additionally governed by the terms of their individual service agreement with Ndaya Chauffeurs Limited, which take precedence over these general terms where applicable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
